David Foster - dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend - passed away Monday, November 28, 2022. David lived in Carrollton Georgia most of his life until moving to Wedowee Alabama and Delray Beach Florida. He was a Vietnam Veteran and worked for the US Postal Service before retiring at the age of 55.
He enjoyed traveling most of all and visiting all 7 continents. Through the years, he loved spending time with his family and friends, gardening, skiing, and the beach. David was surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest.
David is survived by his wife and best friend Ann Geraldine Foster. He was a proud father to Shane Foster, Scott Foster, Maxine Stoll, and Ben Stoll; eight grandchildren, Ryan, Harrison, Jackson, Nathan, Rachel, Zachary, Mathew, and Charli.
A funeral service for David will be held Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Chapel, 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL 33068. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at ARARAT - Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Chapel, 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL 33068.
