She attended primary and secondary public school in Bayonne. Caren graduated from The College of New Jersey with a BA degree in Mathematics in 1976. She worked at Gulf +Western in New York City after graduation. She moved with her sister Renee to Coconut Creek Florida in 1989 and worked at Keith and Schnars as an Administrative Assistant for 28 years. In 2016 Caren retired. She was always a huge Beatles fan and had a special love for Paul McCartney, but not as much as her love for her family and close friends.
