Mommy was like a lola to me ❤

She hates to exercise but she loves to dance! She's a singer but sometimes she sings the wrong lyrics. She's gonna tell you she's not hungry but she always asks for dessert. She may be gone now but she will always be in our hearts. My deepest condolences to her family. We will miss her so much. 

Mami, I can never forget the time when I was driving you to Ate Marie's house and you were  laughing so hard because I was driving really slow that all car were over taking us.  Those little things shows how jolly of  a person you are.  Your sweet smile and beautiful face will forever be remembered.  Thank you for the memories 

My deepest condolences to the Garcia family. The beautiful things said about Angelina shows that she truly displayed a caring, loving, generous and selfless spirit that all of us can imitate. May you find comfort and peace in the hope extended to us by God, who has promised us of a coming future resurrection (John 5:28,29).  This promise has been a tremendous source of comfort for me in times of grief and may it do the same for you. We will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers. 

Mommy, I miss you so much but I’m comforted to know you’re now with Dad and my three brothers. My life will never be the same but I’m grateful God has chosen you to bring me into this world. I will always remember our time every night when I give you your mini facials, the times I have to check your vitals, preparing your breakfast (especially your favorite, pancakes), watching The Voice, Dancing with the Stars, Judge Judy, and Steve Harvey’s shows. I knew you would eventually leave us but what a blessing for you to have left us with long lasting memories. I love you so much and I will look forward to seeing you again someday. 

Angelina Garcia , my sister was always the guiding light of my life ever since I was growing up and continued until my adulthood and had my own family.  She was always there when I had problems ready to counsel and offer advice.

Ate Lina's happy and positive attitude cheered up her family and friends.  She had a smile on her face enough to vanish the weight of problems of life.  She  was a mother, a sister, an aunt and a friend to anyone needing a hug or a smile when things go the wrong way.  I still remember she would always tell me to work hard to have a better life.   In school, in my younger years if ever I got into trouble she would meet with the principal on my behalf.

Upon the death of our Dad , she had to find work  while going to school at night.  
Ate, you maybe gone now but your loving memory will forever linger in my heart and mind.  Our family has lost a remarkable loved one but we are glad  you  have reached your eternal home in heaven.  You will be missed by all.  Rest in peace.

A dear "Ninang" & Aunt who never missed to sing a Birthday song for me & treated me more than a godchild. Treasured Memories that will always be in my heart.. 

I am grateful to have so many wonderful memories of Mommy.  She was tough on the outside but very loving on the inside.  She was a selfless and generous woman who always offered people food even though she didn’t have much to eat. 
I will always cherish the times we sat together to watch and laugh at her favorite Filipino shows. The lessons and skills I learned from her shaped me to become the woman I am now.  
She loved being around the grandkids and great grandkids. She truly was there for us. 
She was the HEART of the family.  She was HOME. 


So many smiles, so many laughs, & much love that mom gave me. Even before I became part of the family mom accepted me & was my Advocate to dad when I was dating Marie. I will remember the little things most, lunch times together, negotiating desserts, singing  loudly with her iPod while in the car, showing off her new outfits, trying to get Bella to watch TV with her, dancing with my mother, & walking out of her bedroom with her little purse over her shoulder while using her walker & ready to start her day. Mom you can now sing to dad & dance with him again.  Thank you for everything, especially Marie.

When i was new and living in California i have the opportunity to know the Garcia’s mommy Angeling and Daddy Bernie are close to my heart as they treated me like a family when i’m away from my own.

I remember her as a jolly person, very thoughtful she remembers everyone including those who she called “nakalimot” , she always share me her stories  even if she said it a million times, Naughty sometimes she like hiding sweet stuff she’s not suppose to eat. she is very selfless, genuine, generous and kind, she love her children and  grandchildren and never fail to say that she is so proud of them.

I will remember her forever as a person with good heart and beautiful soul.

Mrs. Garcia was a graceful and gentle soul.  I have several heartfelt memories of her.  One is when I was recovering from my illness and she saw me, she genuinely wanted to know how I was doing and feeling.  I was touched by that gesture.  Another fond memory is during her son Willie’s visitation/memorial service, she was so grateful I had attended and wanted to make sure I had something to eat.  I was again touched by her selfless concern for me during a difficult time.  Lastly, I thank her for the love she showed my mother, which was so evident during their recent trip to Hawaii.  I will remember a beautiful gracious lady concerned for my well-being.

What I remember about my mother the most is her desire to always extend help to anyone in the family who needed help. She was generous with her time and the little money she save for the rainy days. Some appreciated it and some took advantage of her kindness. When I used to tell her that someone took advantage of my kindness, she always said "They are the ones who will have to answer to God for their actions." I will remember her sense of humor, silliness like dancing and singing along with her play list, the way she pose for picture taking when she have a new pair of sunglasses and all dolled up, her love to eat out, and her love for shopping. I will miss her cooking and our conversations whether over the phone or at her bedside in the hospital. To my sister Rosemarie and my brother Carlos (brother-in-law), I know in my heart that you both love Mom so much and I thank you for everything that you did and the sacrificed to keep Mommy happy and feel loved. I hope you both know that I love you both for allowing me to be a part of the memories both good and bad. Thank you for giving me opportunities to show Mommy that I love her and care for her. Thank you both for encouraging me to take every moment and every opportunity to spend time with Mommy. You are both right; I am at peace because I know I did my best to be there for her and show her that I love her. Ate Marie, thank you for the advise to call her everyday when I had my surgery and couldn't make it to visit her. I am truly at peace specially that I know she is with Dad in heaven. I will be praying for strength for all of us.



Angelina was very caring since I knew her during my childhood.  Angelina prepared good meals for myself and other relatives.  It was really great to have her as an aunt or sister of my dad.
