

He was born on July 23,1937 in Youngstown, Ohio. The oldest of twin sons to Henry and Frances Fern Metzler Ferguson.
Albert is survived by his wife of 42 years, Shirley Cline Ferguson; his children, Dennis (Kim) Ferguson and Kenneth Ferguson; five grandchildren: Christopher, Tyler and Bradley of Youngstown, Ohio and Beau and Shelby of Cape Coral, Florida. He is also survived by his brother, William (Delores) Ferguson and sister, Naomi (Richard) Hart, all of Youngstown, Ohio; and sister-in-law, Nancy Pasha Ferguson, of Cape Coral, Florida and Youngstown, Ohio.
Albert served three years in the Army from 1955 to 1958, being discharged on a hardship case due to the death of his father.
He was employed by the former Republic Steel Corporation in Youngstown, Ohio but retired as a supervisor from General Motors of Lordstown, Ohio in 1993.
He enjoyed Fishing, Hunting and Camping with the family. In the mid 1960's while still living in Ohio, he raced and repaired his own stockcars.
Albert was preceded by death by his parents and his younger twin brother, Allan Edward Ferguson.
A Memorial Service for Albert will be held at the National Cremation & Burial Society at 3453 Hancock Bridge Parkway, North Fort Myers, Florida on July 16, 2011 at 11am.
