Billy is survived by his beloved wife Teresa Oxford Metts of North Charleston. They were married for 26 years. He is also survived by his mom Patricia Bostick Metts of North Charleston, his brother Jason Patrick Metts (Kelly) of Tennessee, his sister Tammy Taylor (Billy) of Texas, his two daughters Amanda Marquette of Charleston, South Carolina and Ashley Marquette of Goose Creek, South Carolina, 5 Grandkids, 2

Nephews Patrick and Drake Metts, his niece Zoey Metts, several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and In-laws, and his dog named Angel.

Billy was preceded In death by his dad William Metts, his sister Robin Lynn, his brother William Metts Jr., 4 grandchildren, and his father and mother in-law George Riley and Selma Brenda Oxford.

There will be a visitation held for Billy at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home on Friday May 13, 2022 at 1:00PM with a Memorial Chapel Service to follow at 2:00PM. 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, South Carolina, 29406. There will be a private burial held at a later day.
