Wayne Wesley Cross, 59, of Smoaks, SC entered into eternal rest on September 23, 2015. Born August 4, 1956 in Fayetteville, NC to the late James O.and Anneliese Kannon Cross, Wayne worked as an engineer at the Charleston Naval Shipyard, was an avid scuba diver, history buff, fisherman, and Fat Boy Harley rider. He loved boating, metal detecting and his cat "Jack." Wayne is survived by his daughter Cayce Cross, sister Karen Cross, nieces Kara Cross, Angela Price, and Michelle Lever; cherished friend Kathy Hunt, numerous grand nieces and nephews, and former wife Doreen Cross.
