Tammy Elizabeth Lewis, 51, of North Charleston, SC passed away August 7th, 2015. She was born on July 3, 1964 in San Antonio, TX to Jimmy and Patsy Coon. She devoted her life to taking care of her family and raising her two children. She was an amazing Nana and was always there for her mother who has been battling with Alzheimer's disease.She is survived by her husband John Lewis and a son and a daughter, Kyle Lewis and Ami Lewis; her granddaughter Bailey Lewis: her mother and father, Jimmy C. Coon and Patsy Coon: her brother Jeffery Coon. Visitation will take place on Monday, August 10, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in Carolina Memorial Chapel.
