Sarah Thrower Watkins, 70 years old, of Summerville went to be with her heavenly father on June 11, 2017. She is pre-deceased by her father Augustus Marion Thrower and her husband Arvel Gene Watkins. Beloved by her son, Todd Irick (Lou-Ann), grandson TJ Irick, granddaughter McKenna Irick, mother Mary B Thrower, brothers Ryan Thrower (Jan) and Thomas Thrower (Cecilia). Sarah was an Ambassador at Summerville Estates, member of Anna Belle Williams Circle, loved to play cards with friends and was an avid fisherman. A special thanks to Amedisys Hospice, Vistelan Health Care, the managers and friends at Summerville Estates. The funeral service will be held at North Charleston United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Entombment will follow at the Carolina Memorial Gardens, North Charleston.
