Ramona M Kim

Ramona is survived by her children Christopher J. Kim, Victoria M. Kim, Jeremy Y. Kim, Matthew Y. Kim, and Lise McDermott; her sister Dorothy E. Pittard, and her grandchildren Jeremy Michael Kim, Maximilian Adrian Kim, Jordan Andrew Kim, Mia Surprenant, Lola Kim, Matilda Kim, Hadassah Kim, Jack Loring, Jairus Kim, and Aliyah Kim.

Ramona is preceded in death by her loving husband Yungha Kim; her parents John Deems and Goldie White Deems; and her siblings Rosemarie Nez and John L. Deems Jr.

Ramona was an LPN from 1965-1974, she went on to become a Medical Transcriptionist from 1974-2014. Ramona owned Kim Medical Transcription from 1984-1997. In 2010 Ramona established Bridges of Zion Thrift Shop where she was able to touch many lives in the community. Ramona loved to read the bible and her faith led her to copy by hand the entire book twice in her life. Ramona was a special woman who will be truly missed by those who knew her.

A Memorial Service for Ramona will take place at Pretty Place Chapel, 100 YMCA Camp Rd, Cleveland, SC 29635 on May 6, 2023 from 7-8 p.m.
