Mr. Paul Thomas Brown, Sr., 88, of Charleston, SC, passed away February 8, 2016. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 11:00am at Doorway Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 10, 2016, from 6-8pm at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, 29406. Mr. Brown was born February 11, 1927 in Marion County to his parents, Jake Brown and Rosa Rouse. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Morgan Brown; his sister, Ethel Mills; his brothers Leon, Fred, Robert and his granddaughter, Andria Cole. He is survived by his children, Paul T. Brown, Jr. (Patty), Wayne Brown (Cathy), Richie Wheeler (Sheryl), Sandra Cole (Donald) and Vanessa Rhodes (Bill), 7 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
