Jackie Howard Huff

He is survived by his daughter, Shelly Toro and son-in-law Patrick Toro of Cross, SC. His sister Brenda Love and her husband Marshall Love of Wellington, Kansas. Two grandchildren, Austin Toro (Victoria) and Brenna Toro (Brandon) of Cross, SC. Step-daughter Sheri Creach and her daughter Kailyn Creach of Summerville, SC. His nephew's, Tim Driggers of Pensacola FL and Tony Driggers and his wife Tammy of Walterboro, SC.

He is preceded in death by his parents Walter and Louise, his sister, Gloria McDonald, and his fiancé Patricia Creach of more than 30 years

Jackie graduated from Berkeley High School and then served his country in the US Army as a Vietnam Veteran. After military service he worked as an employee at Gates Rubber Company, Stucky Bros. Furniture, and Dorchester County Water and Sanitation. Jackie was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed maintaining his property, woodworking and NASCAR racing. He also enjoyed traveling, watching football, and loved spending time with family and helping his neighbors.

A visitation will be held on June 30, 2023 at Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston 29406 at 10:00-11:00 AM. The inurnment will follow after the visitation, in the garden of valor of Carolina Memorial Gardens, with military honors.
