Howard was a very big part of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Group.  He was always welcoming and engaged with our membership.  His demeanor was kind and very friendly.  We miss having him at our meetings and in the Del Webb Cane Bay Community!

As a member of the National Active and Retired Federal Employee Association (NARFE), Howard was the Membership Chair of the local Flowertown 1082 Chapter in Summerville SC.  He was always jovial and spirited.  He would wear his train conducters white and red hat to meetings and greet every attendee at our meetings. He made you want to come to our monthly meetings.  Howard we were blessed to know you and be with you.  You will be missed!

On  behalf of National Active & Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Chapter 1082, Summerville, SC  officers and members, we wish to extend our sincere sympathy to the Graham family.  Howard was a long time member of our chapter and previously a chapter in Pensacola serving as membership chairperson for an extended period.  We enjoyed his reports each month and his many efforts to recruit and retain chapter members.  We miss him.
