Harold "Sonny" Carson Blackmon, age 91, of North Charleston, South Carolina passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022. Harold was born July 10, 1930 in Charleston, SC to the late Charles and Roselee Blackmon.
Harold is survived by his daughter Belinda Eldridge (Basil); his grandson Keith Christopher(Lindsi); his great grandchildren Lea and Kase ; as well as children, grand children, and great grandchildren of the Beard family.
Harold is preceded in death by his loved ones Bonnie Galloway Blackmon; Sarah Jones Blackmon; and his daughter Deborah B. Brown.
Harold was a veteran who retired from the United States Airforce. Harold liked to watch western films in his free time. He was also was a car enthusiast and enjoyed fishing. Harold will forever be loved and missed by those who knew him.
A memorial service will be held for Harold on Monday February 14, 2022 at 1:00PM at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home followed by graveside military honors at Carolina Memorial Park.
