Magdalene was born on August 15, 1942 in Union, SC to the late Hobart Green and Lula Bentley Green.
Magdalene was a member of Deerpark Baptist Church and retired from Piggly Wiggly after 16 years of service.
Surviving are daughter, Mary Cooper (Kevin); son, Donald Sumner(Donna); grandchildren, Rebecca Nicole Cooper (Jessica), Ashlee Sumner, Aubreigh Sumner and Hillary Judnarine (Nickolas); brothers, Aubrey Green (Peggy) and Leonard Green (Roberta); sister, Linda Krauss and nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 11:00am until 12:00pm on Sunday December 27, 2020 at Carolina Memorial Park, Funerals & Cremation located at 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406. 843-797-2222. The funeral will follow immediately in the chapel. Interment will be at Carolina Memorial Park.
