Buck grew up in the low country and graduated from North Charleston High School. He started working with his father at the age of 12 in the family coin operated amusement business, Moore Amusements. Once his father retired Buck followed in his footsteps with the business and changed the name to Tri-County Amusements. He was also a property manager over his commercial real estate. Buck was an avid motorcyclist and in his free time also loved boating. He at one time held a private pilot license and loved to fly. He was a devout Christian who lived to serve the Lord, while doing so he went on 19 mission trips to build churches in foreign countries with the Assembly of God Missions Team. Buck was a loving father and grandfather who provided very well for everyone in his family. He was a generous man who was always willing to help anyone in need. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by those who knew him.
