She was born in Wallace, NC on 11/16/1923 to the late Tillman and Charity Register.
She is survived by her daughter Linda Lunn (Joe); and nieces and nephews.
Elizabeth is preceded by her husband, of over 50 years Floyd Williams and her son Gene Williams.
She was a resident of the Villages of Summerville.
