Elizabeth "Beth" Victoria Schurlknight

Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband of 29 years Clifton Ralph Schurlknight; her daughter Bonnie Sanders (Michael); her grandsons Josh and Eric Quick and their parents Gina and Chris Quick; her sister Linda Gruber Kouris; her fur baby Coco; and her dear friends Linda Boldt (Lyle), Suzanne Willoughby (David); Marilyn Sanders, Rosie Hutto, and Virginia Siedler.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her daughter Becky Holbird Quick; her parents George Hugo and Geraldine Hazel Jones; and her brothers Chucky and Buddy Gruber.

Elizabeth was the kind of person that everyone was drawn to, and she never met a stranger. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother. During her working career she was an Insurance Agent. In her spare time, she loved doing things like paint by number and coloring. She also loved working in her yard and had a green thumb. Elizabeth loved all types and flowers and birdwatching; her favorite bird was a hummingbird. More than anything she loved spending time with her family and her dog Coco. Elizabeth will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A visitation will be held for Elizabeth at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday 18, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. with a chapel service to follow at 10:30 a.m. Graveside service will take place at 11:30 a.m. at Carolina Memorial Park. 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406.
