Clayton is survived by his wife, Gloria J. Duvall, his children James E Boley II, Betty D Hoffer (James Lloyd)
Chuck B. Duvall (Erica) Richard S. Oliver (P.A.) Donna R. Comfort, Steven Miller (Cindy). His sisters
Martha Cruise (Don) and Bonnie Gramling (Howard). He has 32 grandchildren and 21 greatgrandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Leah Duvall, Sisters Janie Louise Garrett, JoAnn
Duvall Garrett and Deborah Ann Sauls.
Buck served 22 years in the United States Navy. He valued this service highly and retired at the rank of
Ship’s Serviceman First Class. He then continued as a Civil Servant for 20 years as a Quality Assurance
Supervisor at the Charleston Naval Weapon Station.
A visitation will be held for Clayton Duvall on Thursday March 24, 2022 from 6-8 p.m., at Carolina
Funeral Home and Gardens located at 7113 Rivers Avenue North Charleston SC 29406.
A service honoring the Life of Clayton will be held Friday March 25, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the same location.
