Chanel Sade Crawford daughter of Linda Crawford and Steven King was born on July 7 1982 in Houlton, Maine. She then moved to New Jersey where she would graduate from Perth Amboy High School. Chanel loved to cook and continued to pursue her career as a chef. She graduated Brookdale Community College along with completing a highly competitive mentor ship in one of New York’s top high end restaurants, the Marea.
The profession best remembers Chanel for the competent and expert advice that she so freely shared with colleagues, her dedication to perform at 110%, her eagerness to learn , and how truly genuine her kindness and friendship was.
She’s celebrated her life with her sisters Lanee Franklin, Ebony Crawford, and brother James Jefferson. Her nephews Bishop and Isaiah She enjoyed her aunts - Diane, Bernice, and Kathy along with many cousins as well as a host of friends.
