Mr. Bobby D. Brown, 71, husband of Eleanor Meusel Brown, of North Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest Wednesday October 29, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family. The relatives and friends of Mr. Bobby Brown are invited to attend his memorial services on Saturday November 1, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at CAROLINA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the funeral home. He was born August 13, 1943 in Whiteville, NC, son of the late John R. Brown and Karl E. Buffkin. Bobby was an industrial salesman for many years before going to work for both TSA and DFAS with the federal government; he retired almost 10 years ago. He enjoyed spending time with his family, golf, visiting Atlantic City casinos and jig saw puzzles on his computer. He believed that the most important thing in life was family. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Eleanor M. Brown and sons: Robert “Bobby” Brown and his wife Keri Beth Brown, of Rock Hill, SC and Lee Brown of N. Charleston, SC. Grandchildren: Megan Brown and Davis Brown. Brother: John R. Brown Jr. of Locust Grove, VA and Sister: Linda W. Brown of Omaha, NE. Uncle: James W. Buffkin of N. Charleston, SC.
