Billy Ralph Creech

Ravenel -Billy Ralph Creech, 81, of Ravenel, SC, husband of Colleen Janney Creech, entered into eternal rest at his home surrounded by his family, September 19, 2017. The relatives and friends of Billy Creech are invited to attend his funeral services on Saturday September23, 2017 at 1 PM at CAROLINA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm at the funeral home.

Billy was born in Blackville, SC, a son of the late Willie R. Creech and Ida Geraline Miles Creech. He retired from Westvaco as a Supervisor after 42 years. He graduated from North Charleston High School. He enjoyed growing roses, woodworking, yardwork, playing with heavy equipment, fishing, birdwatching, camping and watching leaves turn in the fall in the mountains.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Colleen J. Creech, a son: David Creech, daughters: Angie Richards and Jennifer Knight, five grandchildren: Lauren Creech, Joshua and Jordan Richards and Aiden and Zander Bunch, sister in law: Louise Creech, a brother: Donnie Creech, two sisters: Peggy Singletary (Carlyle), Susan Todd (Danny).

He was preceded in death by Bobby R. Creech and Shirley Creech.
