Adelaida Silva ValeCruz

She was a devoted wife, loving mother of 5, and a caring friend. She dedicated 22 years as an employee at Trident Regional Medical Center. She loved to cook, crochet, shop, watch Filipino television and spend time with her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her loving memory is her husband, Iluminado “Nad” ValeCruz, her children Michael and Lisa ValeCruz, Nalani and Shawn Boyington, Nadelyn and Donald Burgess, Marvin ValeCruz and Chris Williams, and Nina ValeCruz. Also remembered by her grandchildren, CJ, Marisa, Gina, Faith, Annamarie, (previously departed loved one-Fredrick Jr.), Faden and great-grandchildren Serenity and Gianni. Aida will truly be missed by her loving family and friends. May her soul rest in peace and may perpetual light shine upon her always.

A Visitation will be held on Friday August 25, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Carolina Memorial Funerals & Cremation, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday August 26, 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens.
