Mary was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed arts and crafts, quilting and sewing, and playing games. She was also an avid reader. One of her favorite things to do recently was go to the senior center in Norman and play card games with her friends.
Mary was a manager at Singer Sewing in Tulsa and later retired from the United States Postal Service after many years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 48 years, Thomas Ritchie; and sister, Mert Harrison.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Robert Atchley (Nancy) of Muskogee, Ronda Walker (Mike) of Broken Arrow, and Dawn Sullivan (Kenny) of Norman; grandchildren: Ashley Collins (Jordan) of Lubbock, Texas, Cassidy McCullough (Jacob) of Midwest City, Joe Sullivan and Thomas Sullivan of Norman, Chris Matlock (Susan) of Shoshone, Idaho and Daniel Atchley of Muskogee; 4 great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, November 24, 2017 at Primrose Funeral Service.
