Mark was born in Mason County, Kentucky on September 29, 1964.
He was preceded in death by one brother David Webster, his father and mother Reverend Charles Webster and Isabelle Webster, and one son Christopher “Epp” Epperson. He is survived by one sister Ellen Loudermilk of Lexington, Kentucky and her husband Tony, one nephew Jeremy Cook of Richmond, Virginia and one niece Amy Cook of Lexington, Kentucky.
After graduating at Pulaski County High School Mark attended college at Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky. He played baseball and football in high school and college. He also competed in archery and auto racing. He was an avid sportsman who loved hunting and fishing.
Mark was a driver for Werner Trucking of Somerset, Kentucky before he moved to Oklahoma in the 1990s. After moving to Oklahoma he worked for many years in the Oil and Energy Industry. At the time of his death he was employed at Extreme Engineering.
Mark was an avid motorcyclist and was a member of the Dust Brothers Motorcycle Club of Norman, Oklahoma. Marks brothers at the club were Navi, Toolbox, Bounce, Zero, Baffle, Twobit and Travis, Brady, James. Mark was known by the club as Side Track

A celebration of Mark’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday December 3, 2017 at Primrose Funeral Service Chapel, Norman, OK.
