James Nelson Webb

He was born August 17, 1935 in Lovely, KY to Charles and Lucy Hale Webb. On December 15, 1955 in Georgia he married June Womack.

Jim served his country in the United States Navy. He spent his career in the banking industry. Jim enjoyed traveling by taking cruises and going to the beach and Mexico. He loved to cheer on his OU Sooners and OKC Thunder but above all he loved spending time with his family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of almost 62 years: June of the home; daughters: Tonnie and husband Tom Chambers of Oklahoma City and Traci and husband Tom Oakes of Norman; grandchildren: Justin and Joshua Oakes of Norman; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Charles Webb, Roy Webb, Oliver Webb, Elizabeth Trimble, June Bishop, Mary Perkins, Helen Maynard.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday November 16, 2017 at Primrose Funeral Service, Norman, OK. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Friday November 17, 2017 at CrossPointe Church, Norman, OK.
