Mr. Goad died Sunday, July 18 in Del City.
He was born February 18, 1935, to Theodore Roosevelt and Anna Catherine (Abrams) Goad in Bloomfield, Indiana. Mr. Goad was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He lived in the Norman area for 30 years and had been employed with GM before his retirement. Mr. Goad was a member of the United Penecostal Church.
He is survived by his wife, Betty of 52 years; his mother, Anna Goad; three sons, Homer Goad, Jr., Terry Goad, Dwayne Goad; four brothers, Teddy Goad, Billy Goad, Otis Goad, Larry Goad; a sister, Belvadene Buol; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and his God-daughter.
He was preceded in death by his father; his sister, Carolene Goad.
