Mrs. Parker died Sunday, December 16, 2012 in Norman.
She was born September 27, 1915, to William J. and Irene (Morrison) Darbe in Lincoln, Kansas. Mrs. Parker had been a school secretary for several years and had many fond memories. She was owner of The Catch All Antique and Gift Store in Alva. She was a Church Group Leader and Sunday school teacher in her church. Mrs. Parker was also a Girl Scout Leader.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, James Stinson; her second husband, Harold Parker; an infant daughter, Hazel Irene; three sisters and two brothers.
Mrs. Parker is survived by her daughter, Jamie Featherston, her three children, Landgrave Thomas Smith and his wife Jessica and their children, Alysa and Kaitlyn; her daughter, Eva Burnett and her husband, Eric; her daughter, Vera Featherston; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. The family would like to thank the staff and residents at the Sterling House in Norman.
