Ellen Marie Grout

Marie died Tuesday, January 10 in Norman.

She was born August 25, 1926 to Oscar and Mary Ellen Johnson in Phoenix, Arizona. She married Owen Grout in 1945. In Arizona they owned a grocery store and in 1964 moved to Oklahoma.

She is survived by a sister, Sadie Roberts and her husband, Bob; a son, Loren and wife Thelma; a daughter, Laura Cline and husband Wayne; four grandchildren, David and Julie Cline, Lori Olmstead and husband, Norman, Michael Grout and wife, Jessica; six great-grandchildren, Ashley and Emmilee Cline, Kasey, Erin and Cade Olmstead and Crissy Burr; two great-great-grandchildren, Tanner and Skylar Cline and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Owen and grandson, Mark Cline.
