She was born August 13, 1934 in Davis, OK to Leo and Violet G. Goddard Payne. She married Melvin Nash on February 20, 1959 in Gainesville, TX.
Ella Mae enjoyed fishing, gardening and tending to her flowers, shopping for shoes and dresses, traveling to Tennessee, Las Vegas and family reunions. Above all she loved spending time with her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish her memory are nieces and nephews: Terry (Mary) Millsap, Danny (Diane) Millsap, Tony Millsap, LeeAnn (David) Payne Baier, Cliff Payne, Richard (Kathy) Payne, Loneta (Bruce) Phifer, James (Karen) Payne; many great nieces and nephews; sister in law: Wanda Payne.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings: Elray Millsap, Johnny Payne, Lonnie Payne.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
