Bonnie Jean Montedoro was born on October 25, 1952, in El Reno, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Bill Earl and Anna Jean (Shelton) Rogers. She grew up in El Reno attending El Reno Elementary Schools. She then moved with her family to Alcatraz Island State Prison where her father was a prison guard until its closing, transferring back to El Reno, Oklahoma, where she attending El Reno High School graduating in 1971. She then furthered her education at the Redlands Community College in El Reno for a couple of semesters. Following her education she moved to Norman where she began waitressing. She married Richard Montedoro on May 24, 1975, in El Reno, Oklahoma, and they made their home in Norman. She continued to Waitress and later worked as an administrative assistant at Stubblefield Tower Architect Firm. She was a member of the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Norman, Oklahoma. She enjoyed playing bridge and playing trivial pursuit.
She was preceded death by her parents; and one brother, Richard Rogers.
She is survived her husband, Richard Montedoro of the home; two daughters, Amie Michelle Montedoro and husband Jeff Davis of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Sarah Katherine Goodner and husband Grant Edward of Moore, Oklahoma; one son, Matthew Joseph Montedoro of Norman, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Aaliyah Elders of Moore, Oklahoma, Paisley Grace Goodner of Moore, Oklahoma, Mitilda Davis of Philgerville, Texas, and Michael Davis of Nashville, Tennessee; two brothers, William “Buck” Rogers of Prescott, Arizona, and Paul Rogers of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
