He married the love of his life on August 12, 1955. They celebrated 67 years of marriage together.
He spent his life as an avid hunter, golfer, sports fan and a builder of many toys and trinkets of all kinds. He worked as a Mechanic for many years and then started his own business welding until he retired. After retirement he worked serval odd jobs.
He was the last living sibling of nine children. He was preceded in death by his Son Danny Ray Musgrave and his Great Grandson Hunter Majors.
Billy is survived by his wife Doris Y. Musgrave; Children Charles E. Musgrave (Chuck) wife Connie, Billie Y. St. Germaine. Sherri Young husband Leotis Young.

Thirteen Great Grandchildren.
Twelve and two thirds Great Great Grandchildren.
