Barbara Ann Polasek, 82, of Norman passed away Monday October 19, 2015 at her home.
She was born July 15, 1933 in Idabel to Frank and Allene (Mixon) Ogle. She married Ted Polasek.
Barbara enjoyed reading westerns and mysteries as well as watching western shows on television. She loved to shop and travel all over Oklahoma and to Arkansas and Texas.
Survivors include her children: Tony (Brenda) Polasek of Norman, Tim Polasek of Norman and Tammy (Art Rolfes) Polasek of Oklahoma City; grandchildren: Toby Rolfes and T.J. Polasek; step-granddaughter: Mandy Foreman; sister: Patricia “Pat” McElhaney; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter: Terry Polasek; sister: Joan Ogle; grandson: Mitchell Polasek.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday October 22, 2015 at Yukon Cemetery in Yukon, Oklahoma.
