Tami Dale Hardy, 34, passed away in Norfolk on Sunday, January 14, 2024. She was born in Mt. View, CA to Timothy Hardy and her mother who preceded her in death, Theresa Butler. She is also predeceased by her grandparents, Chester and Esther Hardy, James and Francis Patterson and her sister, Tiffany Marie Hardy. Tami worked as a lead server for the Cavalier Hotel. When she wasn’t working, she loved gardening and taking care of her fish. An avid music fan, she loved all genres of music and was a huge Bob Marley fan. She is cherished in memory by her father, Timothy Hardy; step mother, Melissa Hardy; step sisters, Haley Logsdon (Ben), Jessica Butler, Megan Ruiz (Romel), Briana Caldwell; step grandmother, Agnes King (Jim) and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews as well as her boyfriend, Brendin King.
There will be a memorial service set for 2pm, Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Woodlawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Tami Hardy’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Please offer your fondest condolences to the family at www.woodlawnnorfolk.com.
