Suzanne was born on September 24th, 1945 in Norfolk and lived her life there. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Suzanne’s kindness, wisdom and laughter will be missed by all. Suzanne was member of St. John’s United Methodist Church, a graduate of Norview High School and retired from Bank of America.
Suzanne is preceded in death by her husband, J. Winston Cherry and her parents, Gilbert and Virginia Lee Putze. She is survived by her daughter Lynnette Granto and husband Carmen of Malvern, Pennsylvania, and her daughter Rebecca Moreno and husband Jimmy of Downingtown, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by four beautiful grandchildren, Emma, Alex and Will Granto, and Xavier Moreno.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502.
