Shirley June Johnson

Shirley is survived by her sons, Frank Arnold Johnson, Jr. and wife, Linda and John “Jay” William Johnson and wife, Nancy; grandson, Kenneth Johnson, his wife, Carrie, and their children, Noah and Haley; granddaughter, Jessica Law, her husband, Jon, and their children Barrett and Isabella; granddaughter, Amie Biddle, her husband, Shawn, and their children, Dakota, Jacob and Olivia; and brother, Nolan E. Fox.

Shirley was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She had an infectious laugh and hands that were always busy baking, crocheting, playing games and was an avid bowler. Many thanks to her faithful friends at Norview United Methodist Church and the staff at Mayfair and Hospice for all the loving care they have provided her.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norview Chapel. The burial will take place at 10:30 am on Monday, June 1, 2015 at Rosewood Memorial Park and the funeral service will follow at 12 noon at Norview United Methodist Church, 1112 Norview Ave. Norfolk, VA.
