I have known Mr. Ray for 40 years through his wonderful daughter Shelly.  Always made me laugh and I just loved spending time with him especially these past few years. And he had so many great stories, had me hanging on every word. I always looked forward to spending time with him and wished I had more.  I will miss you very much. You were an amazing, wonderful, funny,  and just a fun loving guy to be around. You will always have a special place in my heart. Rest In Peace Dear Mr. Ray ❤️

I am so heartbroken Ray Ray was my best friend. We did everything together. He was a father figure and grandfather to my kids. I will always have a chair for you on my front porch. We love you and you will be missed!!

Ray has always been a father away from home. He was the first person to tell me I'm doing a great job with raisin my girls. He was always so helpful and understanding. We will miss you Ray.

I Am glad when i came back to Va a few years ago i was able to comeby and see him with billy. I know we never spent alot of time together as i got older. But have never forgotten what you did for me as a teenager. You showed me and instilled in me to be the man i am today. I know my mother,ur sister,would have been proud of the way you looked in and over me through the years. I hope you are with my mom,grandma,and grandpaw in heaven. I will miss you Uncle Ray.

I worked with Ray for over 20 years. He always had a smile on his face when I see him. Always looking out for you and loved by everyone. He will greatly be missed. Fly high Ray Ray...... 

I am so sorry for your loss.  Ray was a great neighbor and friend.  Though we lost touch with each other when I moved away I still thought of him often.   He was always a true gentleman and one classy guy!  Rest In Peace my friend!

When I was a young boy, and we came over for a visit, leaving was so hard because we always had so much fun. Of course, you always took time out to play with us, chasing us around the yard,  letting us sit on your knee and “ride the pony”... and then tickling us to crazy!

When my mom passed away, you were there for us again, letting us stay in your home. I am so thankful for your kindness.

Uncle Ray, I will never forget your warm smile and contagious laugh. You are already missed dearly by so many.

I am heartbroken. I don’t know why I was so lucky to have Ray come into my life at a time when I was loosing my own grandfather, but he filled in and also became my friend. I thought we were going to have more time… ! I will miss our work drives, our lunches, laughs, your advice, your care for my own family as if they were your own and being my own personal guide…in life and in the car :).  God put him on this earth to spread his smile, his warm heart and kind eyes to all who met him. People just opened up to him and I saw it every day I was with him. I will try to live like him for the rest of my days. Many thoughts and love to his family who he always spoke so much about every time I was with him. Rest in peace Raymundo, Mr. Ray, Ray/Ray, The Godfather.

I have known  Ray for about 56 years.  Ray has always  been a very  fine  person.  He will be missed  by alot of people.  RIP.
 

On behalf of Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Hampton Roads, we are saddened to hear of the passing of Ray.  He was our business representative from Birsch Industries.  Ray supported our business by recommending the right products to service our customers.  On many occasions, he accompanied us on customer visits to enhance our credibility.  Ray often stopped by our office just to talk and fellowship with our team.  He was a competent advisor and a wonderful friend.  Those of us at Vanguard will miss his sense of humor, wit and bright smile.

Ray Ray meant the world to us.  He was part of our family.  So many good conversations, great laughs, serious conversations, and getting together just because, and of course to eat.  Ray Ray always loved getting together with my zany family.  We have a lot of great memories that I will carry in my heart always.  He was such a kind, gentle, and soft spoken man.  And with that demeanor, he could get a trouble maker out of the Banque without issue.  He will be missed terribly by Ron and I, my family, and so many others that loved him.  I know he is with loved ones in heaven…and probably chatting with Olivia Newton John.  <3
