Paul William Stinson

Paul William Stinson better known as “Bill” went home to the Lord on September 19th, 2023 at the age of 89. He was born to Arthur and Mary Elizabeth Stinson in Winchester, Ohio on April 7th, 1934. He is predeceased by his loving wife, Joyce Stinson and son, Russ Stinson. Gunny served with pride in his beloved Marine Corp for 20 years and saw much of the world during deployments to Japan, Korea, the Cuban missile crisis, and Vietnam. Bill was a good man who loved his family, was active in his church, and never once met a stranger. He will always be loved and remembered by his daughter, Vicki Dierks and her husband Donald Dierks, grandson Paul Recordon, and dear friend Leigh Bryant and her family. Bill’s family would like to extend a special thank you to his close friends, Clay Smith and John Miller, for their amazing support. All are welcome to a celebration of his life that will be held at Christ United Methodist Church on Wednesday, October 4th at 1:00 PM. The Church is located at 1601 E.
