Norfolk, Va. Pamela Carter Bandy, age 61, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Bandy in 2009 She is survived by her mother, Virginia Wilkinson Carter of Bremen, GA.; one daughter, Robin Carver and her husband, Robert of Bremen, GA.; one son, Ronnie Brian Bryson and his wife, Anne of Washington, NC; seven grandchildren; Nicholas K., Corey L., and Justin T. Powell; Samantha P. McComb and Jacob D. Carver;Asher Bryson and Maui Bryson ; two great grandchildren, Sadie A. and Sawyer McComb. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 PM Sunday, June 20, 2010 at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk and where funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday in the chapel with Rev. Bruce Goldsmith officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
