Mary Frances Lorenz

Mary was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend but her most precious title was Nana. There is no other love that's as special as the love of a Nana. Mary was so warm, so calm and so sweet with the most contagious laugh.

You couldn't help but laugh along, often laughing until you couldn't remember why. Her laughter is forever etched in our memory.

Mary is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Bill. Her children Jennifer (Danny), Richard (Elizabeth), Billy (Lisa) and Tom (Linda). Her step-children Lynn (Donnie) and Danny (Tina). Her sister, Chris. Her brothers George (Julie) and Mike (Andrea).

Mary was Nana to Brett, Caleb, Madison, Taylor (Christian), Kearstyn (Taylor), Jimmie, Amelia, Isaiah, Elliana, Adriana, Joey, Willow, Kenzo and Steven.

A visitation for Mary will be held Monday, March 18th, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, Virginia 23502. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, March 19th, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Woodlawn Funeral Home.

After the service, family and friends are invited back to Richard's home.
