Uncle Julius, I was sad to see this notice and I know you lived a full life. I will always call you Uncle because that’s what you were to me my whole life, even though we weren’t blood related. Mrs. Sarah took me in and so did her whole family. I remember Marsha and I used to do dance routines to the Jackson Five in Mrs. Sarah’s living room. 

I told Mom about your passing yesterday and she said she had been trying to reach you on the phone for almost a year, because you know how you used to talk a few times a year. She is sad, too. 

Walk with God and go on and get your reward.

2019 That was a good day,Uncle Julius teased me about being “chunky “ like he said I would be.I loved and will always love him. 

The last of a generation of a very loving family. You taught me how to drive and work on cars. And gave me my first car even though it no longer looked like the picture, it was the thought that counted. To this very day when I work on anything or get in my car to drive I have you to thank for being not only my Uncle but also a father figure. Thank you for everything.
