Joshua was born in Killeen, Texas on August 19, 1997. He was a smart young man who made the Dean’s List, completed his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University, and was on his way towards the completion of his Bachelor’s Degree. He also worked in Public Safety and Security with Top Guard Security for two years. When Joshua wasn’t in school or working, he enjoyed shopping, music, cars and trucks.
Although Joshua is no longer with us, he leaves behind the memories of an infectious smile and love. Among those who are touched by him and left to cherish his memory are his partner and companion, Bradley Stevens; his sisters, Jennifer Hoover and Sandra Petmecky; his parents, Jeffrey and Kumja Grover; his paternal grandparents, Jerry and Judy Grover; an extended family, and many friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Noh Kyongho and Hong Chongsoon.
