John Larry Robinson

John Larry Robinson, 76, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2022 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Larry was born in Norfolk, Virginia to John Leslie Robinson Jr. and Phyllis Robinson. He was the devoted husband of Jacqueline “Jay” Robinson. He was the caring father to daughter Shari (Don), and sons Shane (Terry), and Troy (Kim). Larry was a loving grandfather to his seven grandsons and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Leslie Robinson and sister, Lynn McIntyre. Larry was retired from the Ford Motor Company after 37 years as a General Stores clerk. Larry enjoyed spending time with family and friends, he loved hunting and had a passion for chocolate ice cream. When it came to sports, you could find Larry rooting for the Virginia Tech Hokies Football Team. “Go Hokies!” There will be a Celebration of Life held at Woodlawn Funeral Home on Friday December 2, 2022 at 2pm with a reception to follow.
