Obituary of George Wayne Bailey

George Wayne Bailey, 75, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2021.

A native of Wilson, North Carolina Mr. Bailey resided in Virginia Beach most of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Pete Bailey and Pattie Lou Bailey, a brother Randy Bissette and a sister Pauline Boykin.

Mr. Bailey was a construction worker B & H Concrete for many years and a member of Gateway Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include his loving wife Linda Joyce Bailey.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 7 from 5 to 6 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 8, 2:00 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
