Eleanor T. Flowers

Eleanor T. Flowers, 67. Beloved mother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully guided by her husband who preceded her Frank Flowers Sr. on March 15, 2008 at Norfolk General Hospital. She was born in Camden, NJ. on February 22, 1941, the daughter of the late Edward and Theresa Coleman. She enjoyed bowling, and was an avid BINGO player. Eleanor is survived by her six children Ron Flowers and his wife, Elizabeth, Frank Flowers Jr. and his wife, Angela, Edward Flowers and his wife, Christine, Deborah Lawson and her husband Frank, Grace Stringer and her husband Shawn, and William Flowers. Eleanor is also survived by her sisters Elizabeth Bogardus, Ida Coleman, Georgeann Moore, Theresa Sanders, Grace Pasqule, Mary Jane VanFossen and a brother George Coleman. Eleanor is loved by 22 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. A celebration of Eleanor's life will be held on Wednesday March 19, 2008 at 1:00PM with the Rev. Ernest Trueblood officiating.
