Debra "Debee" Lynne Pulley

Debra “Debee” Lynne Pulley, 64, passed away in Norfolk on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. Debbie was born in Portsmouth, VA to the late Frank and Dorothy Saunders. She is predeceased by her husband, Daniel whom she married in 1991 as well as her siblings, Sande Saunders, Shari Saunders and Linda Hager. Debbie loved the outdoors and especially loved the beach and looking at lighthouses-a lot of memories shared in her lifetime in the Outer Banks with her family. She loved planes and was working on attaining a pilot’s license. Adventurous in nature, she enjoyed skydiving. Debbie is cherished in memory by her children, Charlie McCray, Tanya Bruce and her husband, Mike, Jonathon Moscoffian and his wife, Leslie; siblings, Bill Saunders, Wanda Eller (Gene) and Teri Ammann (Duanne); grandchildren, Jon and Blakeley, as well as a host of other significant family members and friends.
