David Alexander Perron, August 21, 1959- May 30, 2020. Preceded in death by his father William O. Perron and sister-in-law Susan A. Perron. Survived by mother Patricia A. Perron, siblings Audrey A. Mackey, Michael A. Perron and wife Lori S., William (Bill) A. Perron, Susan E. Oshel and husband Michael H., Patricia G. O’Brien, 6 nieces, 6 nephews, 3 great nephews, and 6 great nieces.
David retired after 41 1/2 years at Newport News Shipyard. Throughout his life he had many hobbies and interests. These included marathon running, camping, backpacking, metal detecting, antique collecting, and his passion was dancing.
David also had a strong sense of community. He was involved with several local charities, and always reached out his hand to those in need.
