Clifford Joseph Bell III, 72 passed away peacefully at his home on June 6, 2022. Cliff was born July 6, 1949 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Clifford and Grace(Coots) Bell. He was preceded in death by his brother Richard. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 51 years, Louise (Weezy), his daughters Dawn and Heather, granddaughter Willow, siblings Michael (Margaret), Barbara (Ron),Melba, Wayne, sister-in-law Katie, nieces and nephews and many friends.
Cliff was a proud Army Veteran who loved his Country. He served 20 years and retired as a First Sergeant. He served a tour and a half in Vietnam and a tour in Korea. After retiring Cliff went to auto technician school and worked many years at Checkered Flag Toyota.
Family and friends were most important to Cliff. He adored his granddaughter Willow and loved taking her camping on the Eastern Shore with family and friends. His favorite spot was sitting on the front porch listening to country music, drinking a cold beer and talking for hours with Raymond.
Cliff, Weezy and girls lived in Germany where they all enjoyed Volksmarching, camping and travels to Switzerland. They also lived in several states. Cliff loved to take Weezy dancing and enjoyed playing golf with her. He was a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan and watched all their games. He and Weezy went to a couple of Dallas Cowboy games which were most enjoyable.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, June 14th at 2pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home. A reception will follow the service at the funeral home.
