Todd Joseph Brady

Todd Joseph Brady, age 60, of Norco, LA. passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 15, 2022. He is survived by his sister Terry Herrick; nieces Ashley Orlando, Bethany Herrick, Chelsea Herrick; nephew Russell Herrick. Preceding him in death was his father, Clifton Charles Brady and his mother, Annabel Thibodaux Brady.

Todd was a lover of food, laughing, friends and his faith. Todd was also known to visit casinos where he was successful in playing the slot machines and visiting the buffets. Todd was a competitive person in his many fantasy football championships. Todd was the original owner of Todd’s Cream Shop on Apple Street in Norco, LA for 30 years. Todd was also an accomplished bowler. He once bowled a perfect 300 tournament game which earned him a coveted 300 ring to mark the occasion. To know Todd is to have laughed with or to have shared a kind word, whether a close friend or stranger. Selflessness and generosity were two traits that highlighted his personality. He touched the lives of so many people in such a short amount of time; he was able to accomplish much before his untimely passing from pancreatic cancer.

Visitation will be held at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd, Metairie, LA 70006 on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Visitation will resume at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 401 Spruce St., Norco, LA, on Saturday, May 21, 2022 beginning at 9:00AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM, interment to follow at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery, 13396 River Rd. Destrehan, LA. .
