On October 22, 2022, Rich passed, surrounded by loved ones. He was 71.
He was full of great stories, had a warm heart, and a generous spirit. He was a trained Army medic, a veteran of the Vietnam War, a sci-fi enthusiast, and loved a strong female lead in both life and literature. He loved to travel and always looked forward to the next adventure.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Agnes and Creighton, and his brother, Eddie. He is survived by his sisters, Joy and Jolene, his children Christian, Tiffany and Melissa, 6 grandchildren, and his loving partner, Darlene.
