Janice Rodrigue Childress

Janice Rodrigue Childress passed away on December 4, 2023 at the age of 73. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Lawrence Childress and their son, Patrick Lawrence Childress (Angela). She is survived by her granddaughters, her “Precious Hearts”, Vivian and Addison. She is also survived by her mother, June D. Rodrigue and siblings, Myra Lassere (Bruce), June Rodrigue, Barbara Pitfield (the late Sonny), Diane Rodrigue (Michael), Curtis Rodrigue, Jr., and Rene Rodrigue (Anne), as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and family members. She is preceded in death by her father, Curtis Rodrigue, Sr.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 13396 River Rd. Destrehan, LA. Beginning at 11AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1PM with interment to follow in the church mausoleum.
